Emina Musanovic is a third year graduate student in the Department of German at UC Berkeley. She grew up in the former Yugoslavia and Germany. She holds a BFA in Visual Communications, a BA in German Literature, and an MA in Communication from the Boise State University (yes, there is a semi-humorous story behind all of this).
Her current interests (some unsteady, others undying) include: - Fritz Mauthner, James Joyce, and the Critique of Language - Mediality & Intertextuality - German Silent Cinema - The Quoted Shadow as a Hermeneutical Device - Painting, ice cream, and (being terrifyingly bad on) the guitar |
